Mike has been with Watermark since 2017 and has been a pivotal part of their growing presence as one of the premier build-to-rent developers in the country.

As Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Mike oversees the financial operations of the company. He primarily focuses on capital allocation, raising debt and equity, financial reporting, investor relations, and strategic leadership of Watermark’s build-to-rent brand, Canvas Communities.

Mike originally hales from Wheaton, IL and currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Ally and their two sons, Judah and Liam.
