In her role as an Investment Director at Watermark, Kylie maximizes the performance of assets under management and leads the execution of financial objectives. Kylie manages the full lifecycle of projects from initial underwriting through construction, to stabilization.

Prior to joining Watermark, Kylie worked in the banking industry for one of the largest privately held banks in the country. As a banking officer, she focused on real estate and construction lending as well as financial analysis, risk analysis, customer development, and management. Kylie also brings sales experience to the team with her time at a Denver based tech start-up. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing at Adams State University.

When Kylie isn’t working you can find her golfing, skiing, traveling, or spending time with her friends and family.
