Jennings serves as a Managing Partner & the General Counsel where he strives to add value to the Watermark team and our investor partners. In his work at Watermark, Jennings draws upon a varied background including serving as an officer in the United States Army, working in the logistics industry, clerking for a federal judge, practicing law in private practice, and serving as an executive and business leader, leading and scaling privately held companies.

Prior to and concurrently with his work at Watermark, Jennings led the successful growth and exit of privately held companies, with exit multiples ranging from ~15x to ~19x EBITDA and ~3x to ~3.5x TTM revenues. He designed and implemented strategies and processes for profitable business growth, created and led the corporate development and strategy team, served as director and corporate secretary, and provided counsel for the companies and their boards on all legal matters.
