Freddy cofounded Watermark Companies to create and build residential communities that offer a living experience superseding anything currently in the marketplace. His investment philosophy is rooted in risk management and value creation.

As Managing Partner, Freddy leads Watermark Companies, manages capital structuring, and acquisitions for Watermark, where he has allocated almost a billion dollars in private equity and commercial debt. He is deeply passionate about developing team culture and advancing Watermark Companies forward. Prior to forming Watermark Freddy spent time with JP Morgan Chase working in finance. He also helped launch Chicago Hope Homes in 2011, a non-profit real estate investment firm missioned to provide financial support to the underserved, inner city youth of Chicago’s West Side.

Freddy graduated from Wheaton College with a business/economics degree where he also played football. When he is not meeting with partners or overseeing development projects, Freddy enjoys an active lifestyle full of many outdoor hobbies and CrossFit. Freddy and his family reside in Castle Rock, CO.
