Cornell joined the Rhino Residential and Watermark teams with 10 years of experience in the construction industry performing various roles and acquiring a multitude of skills. With a background in construction project management and studying Communications at the University of Texas at Austin, Cornell is currently pursuing a MS in Management Science with a concentration in Project Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He will also receive his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in the Spring of 2025 – providing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our teams.

As a Project Manager, Cornell will guide and manage subcontractors in construction processes through scheduling, site maintenance, and safety compliance within our developments.

When he is not on-site or in the office, Cornell enjoys planning family activities and spending time with his wife, 2 boys, and their German Shephard.
