Richard joined Watermark in 2021 bringing over 25 years of real estate development experience to Watermark.

Richard began as a Project Engineer & Construction Superintendent at Global Construction Company for nearly 5 years, supervising and coordinating all phases of multifamily residential projects. He worked again as a Construction Superintendent & Land Developer at Duffy Development Company, then moved on to BBVA Compass. At BBVA Compass he started off as a Business Development Officer, then moved his way into a Real Estate Own (REO) Asset Manager roll managing all aspects of REO Portfolio in 8 different states, among other things. Richard also worked as a Project Manager at K Hovnania Homes for 4 years until moving on to become a Director of Construction at Skorburg Company.

When Richard is not working hard in the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors under the Texas sun.
