Matt Bischoff

In his role as an Investment Director at Watermark, Matt maximizes the performance of assets under management and leads the execution of financial objectives. Matt manages the full lifecycle of projects from initial underwriting through construction, to stabilization.

Prior to joining Watermark, Matt worked as a Senior Vice President at one of the largest privately held banks in the country. During his nine years as a banking officer, Matt specialized in real estate and construction lending with a focus on financial analysis, customer development, and management. Matt began his career in public education and spent several years teaching middle school literacy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College and his Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado, Denver. He has completed additional graduate coursework in finance and management at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Outside of his work at Watermark, Matt volunteers as a board member of Inner City Health Center, a medical and dental clinic serving the those in need. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and exploring the Colorado mountains with his family.
