John Morgan joined the Watermark team with over 15 years of homebuilding experience.  Having management roles in Houston, Chicago and Denver; John has been involved all aspects of homebuilding from acquisition to vertical completion.

Prior to entering the homebuilding industry John received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from University of Houston Clear Lake.

Outside of work you will find John gardening, off roading or spending time outdoors with his wife Nicole and his two young sons, John and Will.
