In his role as an analyst, C.G. works alongside the investment and acquisition directors, assisting with acquisition underwriting, deal due diligence, reporting, and a wide variety of analytical responsibilities to best maximize the creation of economic value of Watermark’s portfolio and pipeline.

C.G. earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and financial management services from Clemson University in South Carolina. Prior to joining Watermark, he had worked in loan operations at a small business lender, as well as a financial analyst at a publicly traded telecommunications company, where he focused on financial reporting, long term planning, and other various initiatives.

In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, and working on automotive-related projects in his garage.
